Chucho Valdés and a powerhouse group have been touring the United States to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Irakere. The group performed six times in the Bay Area and I only had one opportunity to photograph them. Pedro Martínez Group was the opening act. I will post photos from Pedrito's group separately.
